Checking Order Status
You may check the status of your order by contacting ALTHEA HARPER at sales@altheaharper.com. Once the order has been processed we will email you your UPS tracking number. In addition, we will send you an email once your order has been received. Also, please understand that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our studio for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.
Cancellations
Once an order is submitted we are unable cancel the order.
International Shipping
ALTHEA HARPER will ship outside of the United States. Understand that there will be higher shipping charges and a longer wait time for international shipments.
Return Policies
We will refund full price merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the point of sale.
We will refund sale merchandise within 14 days of the point of sale.
If for whatever reason the items are returned past the amount of time described above they may be returned in exchange for ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned.
Any items that are marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Once we have received the returned goods, ALTHEA HARPER reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise appears worn or damaged by the customer.
Any shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless ALTHEA HARPER made a shipping error.
Exchanges
We cannot exchange an order until we have received the original garment, once received we will send the requested garment.
Gift Returns
If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on ALTHEAHARPER.COM, you may exchange the merchandise for an ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card. You will receive your new Gift Card within two weeks of processing your return.
ALTHEA HARPER Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returning an Item Purchased with a ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card
The standard ALTHEA HARPER return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with an ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card. We will issue a new ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card for the amount spent on the purchase and send it to the shipping address of the order.
If a credit card was used in addition to an ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card to pay for your order, we will refund your credit card the amount that was charged and issue a new ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card in the amount used on the purchase. An ALTHEA HARPER gift card will be received within two weeks of processing your return.
ALTHEA HARPER will process your refund in approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise, you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. However, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Shipping Methods and Costs
There are three UPS shipment options that we offer:
UPS Standard Ground
Delivery occurs in 3 to 5 business days after processing.
UPS 2nd Day
Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for each garment to be produced.
Shipment of ALTHEA HARPER Gift Cards
When your order includes only gift cards, they will ship free of charge when you select standard shipping. However, if you select 2-day ALTHEA HARPER will charge a $10 fee. If an ALTHEA HARPER Gift Card is purchased along with other merchandise, our regular shipping rates apply for the shipping service level you select.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
